Owners and admins gained an action to generate a summary for a completed transcript when no summary attempt existed, or to retry a failed attempt\.

The card distinguished “Generate summary” for a missing summary from “Retry summary” for a failed one\. A summary already waiting or running showed that work was in progress instead\.
