Choose what happens to local recordings
The desktop gained local-only recording and retention choices, easier recording search, and an echo-cancellation fix for mismatched audio rates.

Handle different microphone and system-audio rates
Fixed some recordings missing their cleaned microphone track when the microphone and system audio used different sample rates.
If that preparation failed, the recording could remain without a cleaned microphone track.
Make new recordings local-only
Added a Local only setting that marks new desktop recordings as ineligible for upload.
A recording made with this setting on stayed non-uploadable even if the setting changed later. Local retention rules could still delete it.
Find a local recording more easily
Added search, sorting and uploaded-or-local filters to the recent-recordings list.
Choose a local retention policy
Added choices to keep local recordings, delete local copies after upload, keep a selected count or remove recordings older than a selected age.
Age and count rules could remove local-only recordings too. Delete after upload applied to uploaded recordings, while ordinary recordings queued for upload were protected from pruning.
