Browse meetings by date
Added a timeline beside the meeting list for browsing earlier dates, loading nearby meetings and returning to recent activity.
Explore a lane for each speaker
Replaced the single speaker strip with separate lanes showing available speakers’ speaking spans and controls to jump through playback.
The speaker view was also available in fullscreen when speaker information was present.
Filter meetings by platform and transcript status
Added multi-select platform filters alongside Completed and All, bringing accessible personal and shared meetings into one library.
Completed meant the meeting’s current transcript had completed processing.
Understand why a notetaker could not record
Replaced generic failure messages with clearer admission and recording outcomes, including waiting for admission, being turned away or a problem on Meetso’s side.
Relevant admission problems included guidance on what to check next.
Keep assigned names in exports and connected tools
Corrected exports and connected tools to use manually assigned speaker names, and kept unnamed speakers distinct.
Assigned names reflected the user’s choice rather than a verified identity.
Count updates you have not seen
Changed the bell badge to count notifications not yet seen.
Viewing the updates could clear that badge without marking every item read; unread state remained separate.
