Send a notetaker with a meeting link
Added a Send notetaker dialog for Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom links, with Join now or scheduled-time choices.
Limitations
- The notetaker may need to be admitted to the meeting.
Review what changes when joining another workspace
Added guidance when accepting an invitation while already in another workspace, including access that would be lost and ownership steps before switching.
Users could belong to one workspace at a time. Members could leave and join. An owner with other members could transfer ownership, or remove every other member first. Switching as the sole remaining owner required confirming irreversible deletion of the old workspace, including its meetings, recordings, transcripts and summaries.
