Search teammates when sharing a meeting
Fixed the sharing picker to filter workspace members by the name or email you entered.
Request Teams admission nearer the start
Changed the default Teams join lead to 15 seconds before the scheduled start, with configured timing still taking precedence.
This changed when the notetaker requested to join, rather than guaranteeing when it would be admitted.
Hold an early Meet recording notice until meeting time
Updated early Google Meet joins to wait until the scheduled start before posting the recording notice.
Only the notice was delayed. Recording still began on admission.
Keep retry counts with the current meeting time
Fixed earlier failed occurrences consuming the retry allowance for a meeting’s current scheduled start.
A rescheduled meeting could receive a fresh attempt. The existing retry limits still applied.
